Milestone
2007- PrehKeyTec launches the MCI 3100-PcPOS Keyboard. The Touchkey Programmer is released
2006- PrehKeyTec introduces new MCI 96 TouchKey, combining Touch Screen and Keyboard Technology.
2005- PrehKeyTec introduces the MCI 3100 Alpha numberic keyboard.
2004 - The MCI60 and MCI84 keyboard series are introduced.
2003 - The MCI 128 and 96 keyboard series are introduced.
2002 - PrehKeyTec enters a joint venture with an Asian partner to produce LCD displays and Touch Screens.
2000/01 - PrehKeyTec doubles the size of its Lake Zurich facility and expands technical & repair services. A US based assembly for select product families is also established.
1998 - PrehKeyTec introduces a patented filter fabric technology which extends the life of membrane key switches to 30M.
1996 - Introduction PrehKeyTec releases its first Touch Screens and introduces the MC Series keyboard family.
1993/94 - PrehKeyTec introduces the MWX and PCPOS series of programmable keyboards. Preh enters the Latin America market
1991 - PrehKeyTec develops the industry’s first programmable keyboard.
1987/88 - PrehKeyTec develops a configurable keypad for IBM POS system.
1982 - PrehKeyTec USA is established as a supplier of electronic switches and connectors.
